Guam Lawyers

Iriarte Camacho Calvo Law Group LLC (“ICC”) is Guam’s newest law firm, but its attorneys have been familiar faces in Guam’s legal scene for decades.

ICC services the legal needs of a wide spectrum of clients from multinational conglomerates to locally grown business in the Pacific.  ICC was formed with the vision of taking “big firm” experience and expertise and integrating it with small firm accountability and personalized service.

ICC’s attorneys emerged out of the Guam office of Carlsmith Ball LLP, a law firm based out of Honolulu, Hawaii, and which had a presence in Guam for 38 years.  The ICC attorneys decided a smaller, Guam-based law firm could better respond to the needs of their clientele.   According to ICC Principal Member, Elyze Iriarte, the benefits of launching a smaller organization include being more flexible and adaptable to the trend of alternative fee arrangements, freeing the encumbrances that come with membership in a larger law firm that operates in more expensive markets, and focusing on the substantial opportunities arising in the Guam, CNMI, and Palau markets.  ICC Principal Member, Donald Calvo, added that ICC has retained the office space in the 4th floor of the Bank of Hawaii building in Agana, and that its phone number will remain 472-6813.  “For the most part, our clients will experience seamless service during this transition,” Calvo stated.

Leading the ICC team are Elyze Iriarte, Esq., Vince Camacho, Esq. and Don Calvo, Esq.  Elyze, Vince and Don are joined by Guam legal veterans Roger Crouthamel, Meredith Sayre, and Sinforoso “Rossi” Tolentino, and associate Michael Gatewood.  ICC will offer legal services in business and corporate law, civil litigation, labor and employment law, trusts and estates, government contracts and procurement, and banking and finance law.

Please contact Elyze Iriarte at 472-6813 for more details.  The firm’s website,, will launch on April 1, 2016.
